Galway Bay Golf is a stunning place to enjoy a memorable round of golf in Galway. Set in the picturesque coastal town of Oranmore, it features a remarkable 18-hole course that was designed by legendary Irish golfer Christy O’ Connor Jr., plus there are an array of impressive features and services, including exceptional food and beverages.

The 2 Iron Bar & Restaurant is named in honour of O’ Connor Jr.’s historic shot – often hailed as one of the most iconic in Ryder Cup folklore – which helped Europe retain the 1989 edition of the famous cup at The Belfry.

We offer fresh tasty pastries and fantastic coffee from 9am, Monday to Friday. We have a daily selection to choose from, and we’re always ready to serve you what you like, with a smile.

We also offer a brilliant breakfast menu from 9am, Friday to Sunday, that is brimming with tantalising options, including our fantastic fry, palate-pleasing pancakes, and more!
